You're in for Yoga in the Park!

I am so pleased you are joining me to move, breathe and meditate outside. 

 

Please bring your own yoga mat, blankets and any other props you would like.

Social distancing will be in place throughout, and I will update you with any changes due to weather or anything else the day before.
