Most of us are pretty familiar with the word 'stress' - it has become part of our culture and a daily part of our lives. Teaming up with Sarah of Beautiful Beliefs, we want to challenge that assumption.

 

Over 8 weeks, we'll work with ancient body, mind, breath and emotion techniques to bring you back to yourself.

 

Our practices are beautifully simple, meaning you can incorporate them into your lives well beyond this 8-week period.

 

We believe in sustainable change for good.

The course is 8 weeks consisting of both Live and pre-recorded teaching. You will receive:

  •  2x Teachers (Tash & Sarah), their support and feedback

  • Detailed guidance on pranayama, yoga, self-love, meditation, journalling and manifestation

  • 1 x LIVE 1 Hour Class each week centred around a specific theme to restore, balance and rest 

  • Weekly pre-recorded audio classes so you can get the most out of each technique we offer

  • 1 x Pre-Recorded video each week on bringing each technique into your life sustainably

  • An E-Book Journal with detailed guidance

  • A course guidebook for clarity on each technique we offer

  • Support, guidance and encouragement throughout from your two teachers, Tash & Sarah

WEEK ONE & TWO - The Breath: intimately connected with our experience of life, the breath is unique to each of us. We will return to a deep, slow breath and connection within using ancient breathing techniques 

WEEK THREE & FOUR - The Body: your home. We will take it slow to explore the body using movement, Yin Yoga and the breath, restoring the intimate connection to yourself.

WEEK FIVE & SIX - The Emotions: exploring our mind using meditation, journalling and hypnotherapy inner child work to come to peace with how we feel and why. 

WEEK SEVEN & EIGHT - The Mind: Diving deep into healing practices that care for you now and into the future: Yoga Nidra and Manifestation.

On a mission to bring a slice of calm into your home, workplace or school. Working with your body and breath to give you space to find your way back to peace . 

It has been an honour to guide so many different people through courses, retreats and workshops over the past 3 years. I continue to learn with each passing day!

SARAH

Working with hypnosis, manifestation and belief systems to bring about real change in people's lives for good.

I've never tried Yoga before. Will this be a problem?

No, not at all. This course is fully accessible  and will help you to access yoga that can be used sustainably in your life. 

I can't make the weekly Live calls. Will I be able to catch up?

Yes! Each class will be sent to you after it finishes. You will be able to watch as many times as you like in your own time.

What if I have a question about the course content?

Sarah and I will be more than happy to answer any questions via email or social media. We are here to support you.

Will the breathing and pranayama be challenging? 

Each week the pranyama will change as your breathing gets deeper. We will slowly build up capacity
