Every body is different, and everybody's needs are different day-to-day. I believe that a mix of different forms of yoga are beneficial for all-round wellbeing: I specialise in Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra based classes, which cater to various energetic needs, times of day and health requirements.
