YOGA STYLES

Every body is different, and everybody needs are different day-to-day.  I believe that a mix of different forms of yoga are beneficial for all-round wellbeing: I specialise in Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra based classes, which cater to various energetic needs, times of day and health requirements. More about each style of yoga is detailed below.
