Tash is the warmest, kindest and most nurturing person, the sessions gentle and empathic, with the right level of challenge.
I'm a driven, thorough, conscientious person with a very busy schedule this is a recipe for a very busy mind and I find it difficult to shut off, relax and be present in my downtime.
My 1-1 sessions with Tash gave me some much needed quiet and space. I slept better, was able to process and think more clearly.I loved every minute of every session with Tash. It was a gift to learn from her and I am very grateful to have had the opportunity..
