About the event

The breath is an ancient tool that we can all harness for greater wellbeing.

Join me for this  90-minute workshop where I'll be giving an introduction to breathwork, it's uses and scientific research into how it can help with stress and anxiety. 

Together, we'll explore breathing techniques you can use safely and confidently in your own time, such as coherent breath, alternate nostril breathing and counted breath. Throughout, we'll dive into some of the science and research around the breath and nervous system. 

There will be plenty of time for questions and feedback throughout. 

Come to harness the potential of your breath, learn about the wisdom of your body, and rejuvenate the mind. 

Tash is a therapeutic Yoga teacher, and has been teaching around the world since 2017. She is an advanced breathwork practitioner, running workshops and online courses in the breath. Her practices invite you to explore your inner wisdom through creative movement, breath, rest, self-massage and accupressure.
