THE PRANAYAMA HABIT
Terms & Conditions

By booking a place on an Event or by being accepted onto this Course, you have entered into a contractual relationship with us. These terms and conditions (together with any other terms and conditions specific to The Pranayama Habit published on our website and/or in any communication from us to you) form an integral part of that contract. If you make a booking for The Pranayama Habit on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so:

  • By booking a place on The Pranayama Habit, you acknowledge that the full cost becomes payable on booking or acceptance, unless on a Payment Plan

  • If on a Payment plan, you accept that the recurring payments must be paid at the time arranged

  • You acknowledge that your payment cannot be transferred, or given to another party without explicit consent

  • Cancellations will receive a full refund, if cancelled 4 days before the start date of the course, any cancellations during the course period will be subject to a 20% fee, decided on a case by case basis.

  • When booked onto a course, should you decide to defer your place or withdraw from that course before its conclusion, you agree to settle any outstanding course fees, decided on a case by case basis.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or curtail all or part of any The Pranayama Habit Course for any reason, though we will endeavour only to do so in the event of exceptional circumstances which mean that we are unable to offer, or continue to offer, the Course as advertised, or if there are, in our opinion, insufficient numbers booked onto the Course. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and will refund you in sterling the full amount you have paid us and you will have no liability in respect of any payments in respect of that The Pranayama Habit Course due after we give you notice of cancellation.

  • Upon booking the course, you will notify us of any injury or pre-existing medical complications that you know of through the The Pranayama Habit Course form, and, if necessary will be declared fit to take part in this course by a medical professional

  • We are not responsible for any physical injury or any loss of, or damage to, any personal property incurred during or as a result of your participation;

  • We have no liability in respect of any failure, weakness, or corruption of the internet, or of any internet connection, which may limit your ability to participate;

  • We make no warranty as to the functionality of any third party platform used in connection with The Pranayama Habit, nor as to whether such third party platform is secure or free from infection, viruses, or other contamination.

  • As a student of Tash Yoga Space's course I understand that Tash is collecting information that will not be shared regarding:

  • a) Name and an email address

  • b) Billing information including name, address and credit card information

  • c) A name and an email address when I complete my contact form with a question, including personal / health data if required

  • Your personal data will be held securely and will never knowingly be shared with a third party. Your data will be used respectfully, to enhance knowledge that pertains to the course

  • We may change these terms and conditions from time to time and will publish those changed terms and conditions on our website. We have no responsibility to provide you with any other notice of such changes.
