Join me on this 21 day journey to build a breathing practice to transform your wellbeing.

Yogis have known for centuries that breathing (pranayama) practices are foundational to health.

With our world becoming more stressful, understanding how, and why to breathe better is more important than ever. 

Using ancient techniques we will enliven our body, cleanse our mind and connect to our spirit.  We'll dive deep into the theory of building a consistent pranayama habit through tried and tested habit-forming techniques.

As something that is often overlooked in the yoga world, pranayama can seem boring or overly simple at first.

 But the breath is the foundation of our life, and has so many implications on our health and wellness:

COURSE DETAILS

The course is made up of 3 key parts, each broken down into daily practices. 

Part 1 is all about the basics of the breath. We'll build an awareness of each breath and our habits, and then explore ways to create healthy, deep breaths. We'll explore the key role of the diagphram and conclude with a practice to put it all together. 

 

Part 2 our focus is returning to balance. We'll explore breathing and self massage exercises that quickly balance the nervous system. Later in the week we'll look at a habit forming technique to make habits easier. We'll finish off with a longer relaxation session to bring it all together.  

Part 3 we'll get deeper. Our breath can be a healing, transformative and tool for conscious expansion. We'll explore deeper, expanded breathing, and finish by building our very own breath practice to stick to.

I've never tried Pranayama before. Will this be a problem?

No, not at all. This course is fully accessible  and will help you to access breathing that can be used sustainably in your life. 

Are there any live calls? What if I can't make them?

There are no Live calls in this course, it is all self-paced so you can complete it as you wish!

What if I have a question about the course content?

I will be more than happy to answer any questions via email or social media. I am here to support you.

How many weeks is the course?

21 days, with a practice (or two) every day! 

Will the breathing and pranayama be challenging? 

Each week the pranyama will change as your breathing gets deeper. We will slowly build up capacity!

What is the price of the course?

Sliding scale, depending on your income, payable by 3x monthly instalments.

What happens after the course? 

After the course we'll embark on a challenge together (completely optional) to bring pranayama into our lives!

How does the sliding scale work?

You choose the right option for you. No questions asked. Higher payments go to supporting scholarship spots.
